Who says weeknight meals can’t be fast, flavorful, and fun? This Mini Wonton Soup is a breeze to whip up in the wok—perfect for when you’re craving something comforting but short on time. The ginger and garlic are great aromatics and make the body feel good. I make this when my partner or a friend is sick and needs a little, quick, healing healthy comfort.
This is a Dairy-free recipe, not a gluten-free with the ingredients listed. However, If you can get your hands on some gluten-free mini wontons try making this soup and let me know how it turns out.

Top tip
The broth is quite light so you could make it almost anytime, but I usually make this fresh, hot and often during the colder months or cold/flu season.
